Guarana
Guarana is a tropical plant coming from distant Amazon rain forest, which South American Indians have been using even in ancient times. It contains active substances such as guaranine, caffeine, theophylline and Theobroma, which were shown to have effect in stimulating the central nervous system resulting in the removal of mental and physical fatigue and improvement of mental function.
Guarana functions:
- supports cardiovascular and brain activity,
- increases the ability of long-term and full concentration, sharpens perception,
- helps reduce weight by increasing the rate of fat metabolism,
- supports the elimination of lactic acid from muscles preventing muscle fatigue,
- makes it easier for body to cope with high temperatures,
- stimulates the immune system.

Recommended dosage: approx 3 to 6 mg per kg of weight of a man. Since guarana is the strongest natural source of caffeine, it is particularly suitable for people who cannot have a coffee or tea, but would like to experience stimulating effects of caffeine.
